Aqua ZUMBA

Water Resistance Training meets Pool Party with music from around the world! Taught by Erika Gerhardt Obois, licensed Aqua Zumba instructor & certified AFFA group exercise instructor. Participants will find this gentle-on-the-joints format suitable to athletes & senior citizens alike.

 

Session 1: June 17-July 15

Session 2: July 22-August 19

Times: Wednesdays; 5:30-6:15pm

Ages: 12+

Where: Campbell Park Pool

Minimum: 10

Maximum: 32

Water Aerobics

This program is specifically designed for adults utilizing water resistance to make exercise easier on the joints.

 

Session 1: June 15-July 16

Session 2: July 20-August 20

Times: Mondays, Tuesdays, & Thursdays; 5:30-6:15pm

Ages: 18+

Where: Campbell Park Pool

Resident: $40

Non-Resident: $50

Minimum: 8

Maximum: 40

Senior Fitness

This exercise program meets 3 times a week stressing one of the following senior fitness activities: Stretching, Balance, Floor, Strengthening or Aerobics. Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace. There are two class times available for your convenience.

 

Winter: January 2-May 22

Summer: May 27-August 31

*No class on July 3

Fall: September 2-December 23

*No class on November 27

Times: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays; 9:30-10:00am and 10:10-10:40am

Ages: 55+

Where: Baraboo Civic Center Gymnasium

Resident: $15

StrongBodies

The Wisconsin StrongBodies program is an evidence-based progressive strength training program. The StrongBodies Program will help you increase your strength, bone density, balance, and energy, and you will look and feel better!

 

Summer: July 7-September 17

*No class on Aug 27

Fall: October 6-December 17

*No class on Nov 26

Times: Tuesdays & Thursdays; 1:30-3:00pm

Ages: 18+
