Fit Together: Family, Fitness, & Fun

Get active and have fun as a family! Fit Together is designed for children and their parent or caregiver to improve their fitness through active games, partner challenges, obstacle courses, and other engaging activities. Rather than a traditional workout, families will build strength, balance, coordination, and endurance by playing together in a fun and supportive environment. Participants will also learn simple activities they can enjoy at home to keep the whole family moving.

 

Dates: November 4-December 16

*No meeting on November 25

Times: Wednesdays; 5:30-6:30pm

Ages: Grades K-5

Where: Baraboo Civic Center Gymnasium

Resident: $40

Non-Resident: $50

Minimum: 8

Maximum: 20
