Senior Fitness Program
The very popular Senior Fitness Program is an exercise program specifically designed for Senior Citizens ages 55 & Over. The program meets three times a week stressing one of the following fitness activities: Stretching, Balance, Floor, Strengthening or Aerobics. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. There are two class times for your convenience. Join others who have realized the important physical, emotional and social benefits of this program.
