Senior Fitness Program

SENIOR FITNESS PROGRAM

 

This exercise program is specifically designed for older adults.  The program meets three times a week stressing one of the following fitness focuses:  Stretching, Balance, Strength, Floor, & Aerobics.  Participants are encouraged to exercise at their own pace.  There are two class times available for your convenience.

Ages:    55 years old and older

Location:   Civic Center Gymnasium

Meets:     Monday, Wednesday, & Friday

  9:30am-10:00am OR 10:10am-10:40am. 

Choose one class to attend per day

Fees Per Session: $15 per session Resident

                          $20 per session Non-Resident

 

Fall Session:  September  - December 

Winter Session:  January - May

Summer Session:  June - August
