Baraboo Winterfest January 30-February 1

This will be the 40th annual Winterfest. Winterfest intends to provide the community an opportunity to get out of the house and have fun during the middle of winter. Winterfest events are intended to be low or no cost events that all can enjoy. Your sponsorship could help make this a truly memorable event.

 

CHAMPION SPONSOR – $1,500

Exclusive opportunity for one sponsor *FILLED*

• Recognized as the Presenting Sponsor of Winterfest 2025 (“Winterfest presented by [Sponsor Name]”)
• Prominent logo placement on all Winterfest promotional materials including flyers, social media, and website
• Individual logo sign that will be displayed at all of Baraboo Parks, Recreation, and Forestry Winterfest events
• Sponsor recognition throughout the day, including multiple announcements during the wrestling event
• Logo displayed on Winterfest shirts

RINGSIDE SPONSOR – $500

• Business logo displayed on the shared sponsor sign and listed on the Winterfest webpage
• Name announced during Winterfest activities and wrestling show intermissions
• Two complimentary wrestling show floor tickets

FROST FRIEND SPONSOR – $250

• Business name listed on social media and shared signage at Winterfest events
• Recognition in the “Thank You Sponsors” post after the event
• Two complimentary wrestling show bleacher tickets

COMMUNITY SUPPORTER – $100

• Business or individual name listed on shared signage at the Civic Center and on the Winterfest webpage
