Pool Pass Sponsor *NO LONGER AVAILABLE*
2026 Pool Pass Sponsor – $500 (Maximum of 1 Sponsor)
This sponsorship will provide physical pool pass cards to everyone that purchases a season pass. In 2025, there were a total of 187 family passes and 60 individual passes sold.

Benefits include:

• Recognition as the exclusive swimming lesson sponsor for 2026
• Prominent logo placement on all physical pool pass cards
• Name listed on the online purchasing page for season passes

Swimming Lessons
2026 Swimming Lesson Sponsor – $10,000 (Maximum of 1 Sponsor)
This premier sponsorship will provide free swimming lessons to all City of Baraboo residents. While class size limits still apply, this sponsorship guarantees that registration for all swimming lesson classes at Campbell Park Pool in 2026 will be free for City of Baraboo residents (maximum of 250 participants).

Benefits include:

• Recognition as the exclusive swimming lesson sponsor for 2026
• Prominent logo placement on all swimming lesson marketing materials
• Dedicated social media thank-you post
• Name listed on the registration website for all swimming lesson classes
• Thank you cards signed by all swimming lesson participants
• On-site signage at the pool recognizing as exclusive swimming lesson sponsor

 

Pack the Pool Events

This summer, we plan to host three Pack the Pool events. Pack the Pool days are special events designed to help the pool reach its maximum capacity of 745 guests, and it will feature free admission for all pool visitors during the event. 2026 events will take place at 1-7pm on the following dates: June 20, July 11, and August 22 (dates will be rescheduled if weather or mechanical issues don’t allow the pool to open).

 

Last year, we hosted our first Pack the Pool event with just two weeks of preparation and welcomed 388 attendees. With earlier planning, increased promotion, and multiple event opportunities this year, we are confident we can bring attendance even closer to truly packing the pool.

 

Sponsorship support will directly help fund the additional staffing needed for these high-attendance days, allowing us to operate with an “all hands on deck” approach to safely and effectively serve a larger-than-normal number of visitors. Any sponsorship funds received beyond staffing needs will be used to provide pool-goers with refreshments and prizes, helping make the day even more memorable for attendees.

 

Big Splash Sponsor – $2,000 (Presenting Sponsor | Covers One Full Pack the Pool Day)

Supports full “all hands on deck” staffing for one Pack the Pool event. (Maximum of 3 sponsors)

Benefits include:

• Event listed as “Pack the Pool presented by [Business Name]”
• Large logo placement on all event promotional materials (digital and print)
• Dedicated social media thank-you post prior to and after the event
• On-site recognition during the event (signage and/or announcements)
• Recognition on the Parks & Recreation website and event recap
• Will receive one 8”x10” photo from the event
• Will receive one postcard featuring a picture from the event
• Opportunity to set up a booth or display during the event to engage directly with attendees

 

Wave Maker Sponsor – $1,000 (Major Event Sponsor)

Helps to cover the increased staffing and enhanced guest experiences (Maximum of 6 sponsors)

Benefits include:

• Medium logo placement on all event promotional materials (digital and print)
• Shared social media recognition
• On-site signage at the pool during the event
• Recognition in post-event thank-you messaging
• Recognition on the Parks & Recreation website and event recap
• Will receive one postcard featuring a picture from the event

 

Poolside Sponsor – $500 (Community Sponsor)

Supports staffing needs for the event, refreshments, and prizes for pool-goers. (Maximum of 12)

Benefits include:

• Business name listed on event promotional material
• Group social media thank-you post
• On-site name recognition during the event
• Will receive one postcard featuring a picture from the event

 

Float Sponsor – In-kind Donation

Supports the event through goods or services rather than cash.

Examples of in-kind support:

·         Donating refreshments, prizes, or giveaways for attendees

·         Providing equipment or supplies needed for the event

·         Offering volunteer support for the event

·         Offering specialized services for the event

Benefits include:

·         Business name listed on event materials as an in-kind contributor

·         Mention in social media thank-you post

·         Recognition during announcements during the event
