Keeper Camps
Learn what it's like to be a Zookeeper. Camp participants get first hand experience with some of our animals. Learn what it takes to feed, clean, enrich, and more!

Zookeeper Beginner & Advanced Zookeeper Campers, are invited for some fun! The focus of this camp is to dive deeper into enrichment and its importance at zoos. You'll learn, build, and watch the animals interact with enrichment YOU create! We will also learn some basics of training animals. Then test your new skills on actual zoo animals! Put your creative caps on and keep the Ochsner Park Zoo animals busy.
