Park Shelters
Shelter reservations can be made up to 1 year in advance of the current date.
Because a reservation form must be completed and turned in, we do not take reservations over the phone. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is made at the Park Office.
ATTRIDGE PARK
Shelter:40'x20' open shelter with restrooms (Approx. capacity: 100)
OCHSNER PARK
All shelters have electrical outlets and Ochsner Park has hard surface paths for easier access by the physically disabled.
Main Shelter: 24'x24' enclosed room, 24'x52' open porch, indoor & outdoor fireplace, and restrooms for use by all park visitors (Approx. capacity: 100)
Band Stand: 20'x25' shelter with stairs (Approx. capacity: 40)
20'x40' Shelter: 20'x40' located closest to 8th Avenue (Approx. capacity: 60)
MAXWELL POTTER CONSERVANCY SHELTER
Shelter:Open shelter with restrooms (Approx. capacity: 100)
PIERCE PARK
Open Shelter: 15'x30' open shelter with restrooms, electric (Approx. capacity: 30)
Community Pavilion: 26,000 square feet of open-space area ideal for company picnics, wedding receptions, family and class reunions, along with a wide range of other events. It has a kitchen, restrooms, locker rooms, and a 120'x220' open area. Tables and chairs are available.

MARY ROUNTREE PARK

LANGER PARK
Shelter:24'x20' open porch with 16'x24' enclosed room with restrooms and electric (Approx. capacity: 40)

Cancellation Policy: If a shelter reservation is canceled at least 7 days in advance, a 50% refund of the shelter fee will be given.
If shelters are not reserved by a group, they can be used on a first come - first served basis. Before setting up in a shelter that you think is not reserved by anyone, please check with a park worker.
